 Diagnostic Section 

When you access our site, your browser is sent a cookie that contains a 'session ID'. After you login, that session ID is associated with your account. If you browser does not return the same session ID with each page request, you will be asked to login again.

If your browser is working correctly, and it is accepting cookies, you should be able to reload or refresh this page many times, and the above Session ID will not change.

If, when you login, you are asked to login again and again, you will need to do the following:

1. Try rebooting.

2. Make sure cookies are enabled:
    Netscape - "Edit" menu, "Preferences" option, "Privacy & Security" entry, "Cookies" sub-entry, "Enable all cookies" should be selected.
    IE - "Tools" menu, "Internet Options" option, "Privacy" tab, it should be set to medium or higher.

3. Try Clearing the existing cookies for our site. Look under "www.homebuildersconnect.com" and "homebuildersconnect.com":
    Netscape - "Edit" menu, "Preferences" option, "Privacy & Security" entry, "Cookies" sub-entry, "View Stored Cookies", Select and remove any cookies for our site.
    IE - "Tools" menu, "Internet Options" option, "General" tab, click "Delete Cookies".
